CustomerOrders is designed to let you easily accept and track Sales Orders and customer Quotations. The program will let you:-
1) Import customers and products from other programs (via comma delimited files, CSV).
2) Define a set of progress steps for the 'order lifecycle' (e.g. 'Order Placed',.... 'Goods Sent')
3) Define a set of progress steps for the 'quote lifecycle' (e.g. 'Quote Requested',....'Order Placed')
4) Create an Order, Packing List and Invoice as Adobe PDF documents.
5) Maintain an overview of all orders/quotes and their status.
6) Compile detailed reports on orders and quotes and allocate them to Projects or Departments.
7) Email Order Confirmations to customers and colleagues.
8) Send updates to customers on their orders.
9) Colleagues can easily share data over a network.
