Support - Replacement Purchase Key (PK)
Please submit your details below to obtain a replacement Purchase Key (PK) for you or one of your users.
It will be immediately emailed to the specified email address, providing the
previous and new Company Names match*.
The replacement Purchase Key (PK) will be sent via email so please
ensure you enter a valid Email Address below.
The Product Purchase Number is referred to as
PPN,
while Product Key is PK. Your Previous PPN and previous PK will appear in the
Help About window of your previous installation, you may also have it in an
email or spreadsheet from us. The New PPN will appear in the Help About
window of the new/current installation. The new installation will not have a PK, however
it may say "Trial Version" this is not a Purchase Key. Please ensure
you always keep hard copies of your PPN and PKs, as these are your proof of
licensing.
*Note: if the Company Name in the Previous PK (and therefore
in the previous installation of the program) does not match
the Company Name in the New PPN (and therefore in the new installation of the
program), we would strongly recommend that you change the new Company Name to
the name in the previous installation. If you do wish to change the company
name, then complete the forms inputting the correct data and your replacement
Purchase Key request will be manually reviewed and emailed; normally within 1
working day but may take up to 3 working days (at weekends).
