PurchaseManager is designed to let you easily place and track Purchase Orders (POs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQs). The program will let you:-
1) Import suppliers and products from other applications (via comma delimited files, CSV).
2) Define a set of progress steps for the order & Quote 'lifecycle' (e.g. 'Order Placed',....'Goods Received')
3) Set access and spend levels for users.
4) Create a PO or RFQ as an Adobe PDF document.
5) Maintain an overview of all orders/quotes and their status.
6) Define units of order e.g. cubic feet, metres, inches,...
7) Email PO's to suppliers and colleagues.
8) Mark-off part received orders.
9) Colleagues can easily share data over a network.
